Return policy
I have a 30-day return policy for prints only. If you're not happy with your print, just send an email to claudia@studioamort.com and I can help with the return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Before returning, we recommend packaging the print exactly as it was on arrival. This will minimize the likelihood of any damage in transit.


Return shipping fees will be paid by the collector. A refund will be issued as soon as your print arrives at my studio and I confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at claudia@studioamort.com.
Shipping policy
Prints
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Duties & Taxes
Original paintings shipped to destinations outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Amort is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
